Made it to the never open Japanese restuarant











Better late than never. Finally made it to the never open Japanese restaurant. Turns out they do open. Went last Friday. Place opens at 7:00. Had to get there at 5:30. I was first in line waiting outside. By 6:00 there were 10 people outside waiting to get in. Place seats 10. That is it. Be there before they open or come back at 9:30. It’s that good. Here are some pics.

The chef is some really old Japanese guy but is one bad ass mofo with the knife. This guy can slice paper thin Japanese cucumber at lightening speed and still has all is fingers. Frigging amazing.
