We have been trying to go to this place for the longest time for dinner. Yes, it looks like a shithole that has been around for 100 years. It probably has. The food is supposed to be home style Japanese cooking. Yummy! But wouldn’t you know it, we get there at 5:00 and sure enough it’s closed. So, I asked the printing shop business next door. They tell me that it opens at 7:30 p.m. One must do a damn good business to never be open or it sure appears that way.

Anyway, we ended up at some mex joint that was over priced and had lousy food. Even the margarita was crap. I should have known better and gone to the SF Mission district. Now that is good mex food. The down side is you have to dodge the bullets but the food is good.
