Mike's Restuarant Reviews - Update 6.13.09

San Francisco is one of the food centers of the world. I am lucky enough to live in the area and have had the good fortune of eating at these places. There are many more I have been to so stay tuned for updates.

I knew about this place long before DDD on Food Network ever did a review. The food is awesome. The pork is so tender it falls off the bone. They tell me it’s smoked for 15 hours. The pulled pork sandwich is to die for. They converted and old caboose and they can’t put this stuff out fast enough. Its crazy busy there.

This boy knows how to Q. The place is a dive but really good. Cheap too. It's inside a bar called Francesca’s. You walk in, head past the bar, of course you have to make a beer stop then continue to end and look to left. Pool tables and Q . Yummy!

El Faralito

A dive in the Mission but this is the best Mexican food in all of SF. Cheap and very good.

Best Dim Sum around. Average price. Very nice place. Plan on waiting 1.5 hrs at peak times to get a table. Busy place.

Coffee Cabin. This is my local coffee stop before work. Smooth coffee and Issa, the owner is a joy to talk to and is a man of wisdom and sense of humor.
